Hyundai Santa Fe is loaded with well refined and powerful 2.2 litre Common Rail Diesel Engine that is better in mileage and low in CO2 emission. This is the best engine Hyundai is loading in its SUV. This CRDi engine churns out the power of 194 bhp at 3800 rpm, which is quite impressive. Also it generates the torque of 43 kgm at 1800-2500 rpm. This SUV is well suited for the off-road adventures.

This Macho look SUV got the solid body and best in class suspension well suited for Indian bumpy roads. Take this vehicle in any surface, it will not disappoint you. Wide 17 inches tyres, provides an excellent grip and smooth sharp turn. Hyundai Santa Fe comes with 6-speed automatic transmission with manual mode. It is very responsive and hit the 0-100 km mark in just under 10 seconds.

Hyundai Santa Fe is very comfortable for both driver and passengers provide huge leg and head space with thigh support. Seating is based on 3 rows and easily accommodates 7 peoples. The quality of interiors is exceptionally good and no compromise in features. This Hyundai SUV is loaded with excellent features like dual-zone climate control, audio system with aux-in, USB support, big LCD screen, navigation system, smart key, cruise control, audio controls on steering and many more. Safety features are as per international standards, it includes 10 airbags, advance Anti-Lock Braking System and ESP.

Hyundai Santa Fe will be available in 3 different models - GL, GL Sports and Limited Edition. GL will be the base version with price tag of around Rs. 21 lakh. GL Sports is higher than GL variant with price tag of Rs. 23 lakh. The top end model will be Hyundai Santa Fe Limited with prices tag of Rs. 24 lakh. Don't worry about higher price tag, it's full value for money SUV.

Hyundai Santa Fe will compete against some big and successful player like Toyota Fortuner and Honda CRV. It will be interesting to see how this machine will compete with upcoming Skoda Yeti. In power and responsiveness, Hyundai SUV is ahead of Fortuner and CRV. It's really worth to wait for Hyundai Santa Fe before making any final move in your SUV purchase.
